Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 29, 2026

Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a full refund, excluding any payment gateway charges.
• Cancellations made 6–24 hours before pickup may incur a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 6 hours of pickup or after driver dispatch may be non-refundable.

No-Show

If the customer fails to appear at the pickup location after a reasonable waiting period without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a No-Show, and no refund will be provided.

Cancellation by Mayapur Krishna Balaram Travels

If we are unable to provide the booked service due to operational reasons, vehicle unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive either:

• A suitable replacement vehicle (where available), or
• A full refund of any advance payment received.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be made using the original payment method wherever possible.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Payment gateway charges (where applicable).
• Tolls, parking, permits, or government fees already incurred.
• Charges for services already provided.

• Extra charges applicable for toll, parking, night halt, driver allowance, and waiting time (if any).
